  • 2. Touch the Menu icon.
  • 3. Touch Settings.
  • 4. Touch Text messages(SMS).
  • 5. Touch Request delivery reports.
  • 6. Delivery reports will now be turned on.
    Follow the same process to turn off Delivery reports.
