  • 1. Touch Messaging.
  • 2. Touch the Menu icon.
  • 3. Touch Settings.
  • 4. Touch More.
  • 5. Touch Text messages.
  • 6. Touch the Delivery reports slider.
  • 7. Delivery reports will now be turned on.
    Follow the same process to turn off Delivery reports.
