  • If your workplace allows it, you can sync your Sony Xperia XA1 with your work contacts, calendar and email.
  • 1. Touch Applications.
  • 2. Touch Settings.
  • 3. Scroll to and touch Accounts & sync.
  • 4. Touch Add account.
  • 5. Touch Exchange ActiveSync.
  • 6. Touch Email address.
  • 7. Enter your workplace email address.
  • 8. Touch NEXT.
  • 9. Touch Password.
  • 10. Enter your email account password.
  • 11. Touch MANUAL SETUP.
    For the following steps, you might need information from your corporate IT department.
  • 12. Touch Domain/User name.
  • 13. Enter the domain name.
  • 14. Touch Server.
  • 15. Enter the server name.
  • 16. Touch NEXT.
  • 17. Wait while the phone verifies the account information.
  • 18. Touch OK.
  • 19. Some options will be pre-selected. You can change any of the displayed options before proceeding.
    Touch NEXT.
  • 20. Again, touch NEXT.
  • 21. Touch the delete icon to edit the account name if required.
  • 22. Enter the required account name and touch FINISH SETUP.
  • 23. Syncing will appear briefly.
  • 24. Touch OK.
  • 25. Scroll to and touch Activate this device administrator.
  • 26. The email account has been added.
  • Due to different corporate network infrastructures, your Exchange setup might be a little different. If you encounter any issues, please contact your corporate IT department.
