Setting up call forwarding

- This feature allows you to assign a number for incoming calls to be forwarded to if you are busy or unavailable to answer your phone.
- 1. Scroll to and select All.
- 2. Scroll to and select Options.
- 3. Scroll to and select Call Management.
- 4. Scroll to and select Call Forwarding.
- 5. Wait whilst your BlackBerry checks the call forwarding parameters.
- 6. Select Forward Calls.
- 7. Scroll to and select the required option (e.g. Conditional).
- 8. Scroll to and select the required option (e.g. If No Reply).
- 9. Select New Number.
- 10. Scroll to and select the required contact / number.
- 11. Press the Back Key.
- 12. Select Save.
- 13. The changes have been saved.
