  • 3. Scroll to and touch Backup & reset.
  • 4. Scroll to and touch Factory data reset.
  • 5. Touch RESET PHONE.
  • 6. Touch Delete all.
  • 7. Touch RESET.
  • 8. The LG K4 (2017) will reboot.
